ReadyPortal's senior management has been with the Company since inception in 1999. Rajiv Chatterjee, Chief Executive Officer Rajiv has been with ReadyPortal since it's inception in 1999 in various critical senior operations and sales and marketing roles. Under his leadership, ReadyPortal has grown from a venture backed Silicon Valley startup to a leading web solutions platform serving the needs of Fortune 500 Companies to Non-Profits and Trade Associations. Prior to ReadyPortal Rajiv was at CyberAd Global Consulting, a leading minority non-profit consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. At CyberAd, Rajiv resolved strategy and operational issues with a variety of results-oriented minority-owned companies and non-profit trade organizations, and he helped develop a business plan to provide affordable Web technology to such agencies. Prior to CyberAd Rajiv was the Divisional Manager for Indonesia-based PT. Ames Indah International a leading commodities trading Company in Southeast Asia. Rajiv was responsible for strategic planning and new product introductions in Southeast Asia. At Ames Indah, Rajiv strengthened the market leadership position of its flagship steel-trading division, which exported more than 500,000 tons of steel in a calendar year. Rajiv also led the introduction of aluminum products to the Southeast Asian market with Alcoa – a leading producer of aluminum worldwide – finally establishing Alcoa as the market leader. Rajiv holds a B.A. in economics from the National Defence Academy of India and a B.S. in liberal arts (cum laude) from the University of Houston. Barry Owen, Chief Technical Officer Barry is one of the principals at ReadyPortal having led the architecture and development of the product since its inception. Barry previously spent nine years at Adobe Systems, where he developed award-winning commercial software applications including Aldus IntelliDraw and Adobe PhotoDeluxe. As engineering manager and later as director, Barry led more than 100 staff members and was responsible for engineering, quality assurance and program management for several products. Barry also has served as director of program management at Petopia.com (acquired by PETCO), where he managed engineering and quality assurance and drove technical product design and architecture. Barry holds a B.S. in computer science from Colorado State University and is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). Mary Couse, Vice President of Client Services Mary brings extensive experience in needs assessment, content creation and process development to ensure the success of your Web initiatives. Her expertise includes project management, consulting and coaching, training development and delivery, implementation support, use testing, and problem resolution. Mary also has held key roles in business development, customer support, and training development and delivery at Wego Systems, Primus Knowledge Solutions, Xerox Corporation, ID Certify, Voysys and XSoft. Mary holds a B.A. from Mills College and a California State Teaching Credential in Secondary and Adult Education from California State University, Hayward. David Lowry, Director of Network Operations David has run the ReadyPortal operations department since 2000 and brings 28 years of experience in enterprise architecture, application development, database administration and project management. He has held leadership roles in technology management with Wells Fargo Bank, Boeing, Coastline Systems, Nordata LTD, Vector Marine Associates and CareAssured.com. David holds a B.S. and M.S. in computer information and control engineering from the University of Michigan. |
